Hi Folks, This post is about Communication Templates in Salesforce. Salesforce provide an interesting feature called Communication template. Communication is the backbone of any project. Why do we use communication template To make sure your organization delivers consistent messaging to your audience. Communication templates are the form of communicating device to Internal and External Customers of organization. Communication template in Salesforce allows us to showcase our brand and ensure to send proper communication to the customers.
